Tribal Wave Blue Mile River Paddle
Posted in Brighton SUP on 27. Aug, 2011
The Blue Mile is happening this year on September 4th, however due to Tribal Wave being at The National Windsurf and Sup festival at Hayling we shall be hosting our Blue Mile River paddle on Sunday October 2nd at 2.00pm (this date happens to fall right re tides etc and is a weekend to help suit around those with work commitments) We shall be leaving the Adur Centre at 2.00pm will go with flow up to Bramber (approximately 5 miles) stop at The Kings Head for light refreshments and then back with tide. The event will take roughly four hours in total.
Jock is a Blue Champion for The Blue Mile and their supporting charity the World Wild Life Fund. In order for us all to get involved and contribute to the event the paddle will cost £20 per person with all money going to this fantastic organisation. We have ten boards available so places are limited.
Please contact us in order to reserve your spot and be part of a worthy cause whilst doing something you enjoy….what a win win!! Jock shall be leading the group with fellow team mates and top SUP riders/ instructors and sponsors, Charlie Grey, Tony Peters, Jay Manning & Nik Baker. We hope that those of you who have been coming along and getting the SUP stoke from our evening paddle sessions are up for a different challenge and that you will join us.
